Shipping Costs

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

While Volnora will do our best to help investigate, we cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the package and the damaged item(s).
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos in your email.
We will review your case promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different dates.
You will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us because:
- An incorrect address was provided,
- Delivery attempts were unsuccessful,
- The package was refused,
the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only modify or cancel orders before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
