Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning higher-value items. Volnora cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost during transit.
Order Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving your order, subject to this policy.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization, or if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any additional shipping or handling fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
